BLITZ Car Rental – Crete, the local way
Coming to Crete? You’re here to relax, not to stress about your rental car.
At BLITZ, based in Kalyves (Apokoronas, near Chania), we keep things simple: you get a clean, reliable car, quick answers, and someone on the phone if you need us. That’s it.
Quick replies, no waiting
Planning your trip and have a question? We don’t make you wait. We aim to reply within 10 minutes – whether it’s about prices, availability, airport pickup, or which car fits your family. If you message us, we’ll get back to you. Fast.
Prefer WhatsApp? Message us on +30 6857 91597 and we’ll reply immediately.
We’re here 24/7
Holidays don’t run 9-to-5, and neither do we. Got a flat tire at night? Need help finding a beach or a taverna? Call us anytime. We’re locals, we know the roads, and we’ll sort things out – whether you’re in Kalyves, Chania, the airport, or halfway across the island.
Cars that actually work
You’ll be driving everywhere – from Chania to Elafonissi, Balos, Rethymno, or just hopping between beaches. So we make sure our cars are in good shape. Clean, serviced, and ready to go. We’ve got options for couples, families, and anyone who wants a bit more space. Also ATVs if you’re feeling adventurous.
Full insurance for peace of mind
Worried about scratches or that excess fee? You can upgrade to Full Insurance (no excess) for a small daily fee, depending on the car. Standard insurance is included, but if you want to drive without thinking twice, the full cover is worth it.
We’re locals, not a chain
We’re a small, local business. Our name depends on happy customers. A lot of people find us through friends, reviews, or because they rented from us before and came back. That means something to us. We try to be fast, friendly, and honest – and we hope you’ll feel it from the first message to the day you drop the keys back.
See you in Crete!
